• Late cancellations (e.g. within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or inaccessible properties on the day may incur a cancellation or call-out fee, at our discretion.
• We will always try to work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

• You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
• Please advise us in advance of any pets, security systems, parking restrictions, or specific hazards on the property.
• If our team cannot gain access at the scheduled time, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.

• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or on invoices.
• Late or non-payment may result in additional administrative fees and referral to a collections process.

• We aim to deliver every clean to a high, professional standard using trained staff and, where applicable, eco-friendly products and equipment.
• For end-of-tenancy or bond-back cleans, while we work to a high standard, we cannot guarantee landlord, property manager, or third-party inspection outcomes, as these depend on individual expectations and property condition beyond our control.

• If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the clean so we can assess and, where reasonable, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra charge.
• Claims raised outside this window may not be eligible for a free re-clean.

• We carry appropriate care and take reasonable precautions to protect your property while cleaning.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or damage arising from faulty, fragile, or improperly secured fixtures, fittings, or items not disclosed to us in advance.
• Should any accidental damage occur due to our team’s actions, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve it fairly.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, which cannot be excluded.

• We may take before/after photos of completed work for quality assurance and, with your consent, for use in marketing materials. Property addresses and identifying details are not shared without permission.
• Customer reviews and testimonials shown on our website reflect individual customer experiences.
